@Daniel Purtill could be. on the studio version Barry's part has a lot of tremelo and fuzz and in the live version it's just overdrive, delay, and reverb - much more space. Stuart's guitar is also much more "in your face" in the studio version.

Just noticed that Barry Burn's SG isn't a typical double humbucker setup. Instead it looks like there's what looks like a Stratocaster-type pickup towards the bridge. Anyone know the story with this guitar? Such a great sound with the echo and delay.

Can’t get the images out my head sitting ruminating and ruminating and the thoughts just keep coming and coming and the images won’t go away. You always finds a way to creep back in to my dreams and you wake me night after night screaming and breaking down again before my eyes. I needed to escape but you were and still are heroin and I keep crawling back and I cannot break free. I want to fix you but I don’t know how and I don’t think you can begin to even self reflect. You cry when I let you go and you break down when I leave you saying you can’t bear the loss of my touch when I turn away in bed. You beg me to face you all night and not let go until you have fallen asleep and I do as I’m told because who wouldn’t want to feel as needed who wouldn’t want to feel as much love as that. But then I come home in the morning and I don’t recognise you again you turn away from me don’t speak a word to me. You are the one turning away in bed and you tell me you feel smothered and to leave you alone. But I want to help you again and I can’t handle seeing you break down. I beg you to communicate and tell you much how I love you but you won’t listen you are a thousand miles away and I can’t break through the walls you have built up around you. I don’t know if I can stop these memories any more I think I might need to check out soon. Up to the ether with all our lost memories and words left unspoken I just wish I knew how to help you ❤
