    Steve,
Very interesting video! I'm perhaps a bit confused by the somewhat overwhelming number of concepts and tools described, but I do have 1 question that I hope you can understand:
Is my understanding correct that for each new course you create that you fill out the appropriate data on the form that documents the "setup steps" you then follow to build the integrations between your CRM, registration, and webinar systems to handle course registrations, notifications, etc and that you then manually perform those "setup steps" in ActiveManagement, Zapier, and Demio to create the actual integrated workflow for the course? If the answer is Yes, then my question is would it be possible to create a higher level integrated workflow that performs these "setup steps" for a new course after you fill out certain minimal course information on a form and then press a "Build Course integration workflow" button on the form that automatically performs all the "setup steps" that you currently need to do manually for each course? Kind of a higher level workflow integration that builds a specific course level workflow integration. Hope this question is understandable!
    Thanks, Brad

All these apps and website integrations are overwhelming to me. I will soon be offering an online class, that's what brought me here, to learn an automation system, except to register an account on 5 or 6 websites and make them all work together is too much of a learning curve. Is it not possible to stay within one ecosystem, for example Google? In this video you went from a word document to a contact page, back to a workflow graphic, all within 3 different apps, when they could be all grouped in Google. Why? Also, to sell courses online, doesn't Patreon offers exactly that? ( I don't know I'm still looking for options here) I'm thinking all the team work and data collection in one ecosystem and just one website for transactions. Is there really a need to track everything in every step of the way? Thank you

You can do much of it in a single system, but not Google.
Something like a Kajabi would be one option.
You have to realize that our system has grown over the years, so we have plugged ew pieces into the system over the years.
