I think you need to do a proper comparison by comparing the Bialetti Brikka vs Moka Express. Why? Because it is different. The Brikka has another pressure valve at the top that helps increase the brewing pressure a little more and foam(crema) up the coffee. The moka express, on the other hand, don't have this extra valve. Also, I don't know if you know this and have a video on it, but there is an upgraded moka pot filter and gasket made by a company E&B Lab that you can use to replace the standard filter. I used it with my moka pot Bialetti and a cheaper no brand Moka pot, and the filter made a significantly better coffee. Why not try it with the E&B Lab filter and gasket.
Tx for doing this so I shouldn't try it myself. Pobably also try using the puck screen underneath the coffee. Basically using the puckscreen as a way to dispense water more evenly just like in espresso machine. 58mm to the 4-6cup moka should be perfect. I tried using aeropress metal filter and result depends on the grindsize.
Have you tried putting the puck screen before you add the coffee? The water goes up and the puck screen will push the puck up and keep it together.
No I haven’t. Will give it a shot
Muy buen video para hacer café con moka muchas gracias
