idk… this sounds good in theory, but I imagine it wouldn’t do very well as an actual video. Think about it: how capable are you of holding an engaging conversation *right now* and speaking in clear, coherent sentences with next to no pauses and um’s? and how capable would you be of doing that while zoning out doing delicate eye makeup? The fact is that even with a great voiceover script to go with any silent footage, the video would probably still require some editing to be “watchable.” Not that Alex’s primary goal should be to cater to the algorithm, but I know most people would stop watching an uncut video pretty fast.

In that situation the video doesn’t need to be hugely engrossing, just playing while I work. I think some other people might be interested in doing that as well. So that’d be the audience for the blending video. But I agree, it’s not likely to be a viral sensation of a video, I guess it depends on Alex’s goals in creating.

I LOVE the Wayne Goss mascara! It never uncurls my lashes once I curl it. And the Clio Lash Kill mascara works well too. Looks so pretty! I dont know if I have enough patience and skill to blend as well as you but I will definitely try something similar! Thanks as always!

Check out the Dieux reusable eye patches! You can put whatever you like under them, it’s fantastic. No waste. I use them under my eye to depuff/hydrate and catch fallout every single time I apply makeup. Have had them over a year now. You just rinse them & put them back in the tin case they come with and reuse next time.

So pretty and beautifully done. I wish I had eyes that I could do makeup on, but they are so incredibly hooded, that nothing works. On a tangent here..but when MUAs show techniques for hooded eyes and use their own beautiful eyes..it's so frustrating..because their eyes aren't hooded..They need to show the techniques being applied on someone that has very hooded eyes...and I've never seen a YT MUA do this. Trust...if they used those techniques on my very hooded eyes...it would look Nothing like what they are showing on theirs. Sorry...rant over...it's just so frustrating.
