Your Diet recommendations are so different than in my Home Country Germany. For example, it is not advisable to avoid gluten , unless you have developed an Allery. Iodine should be eaten in form of fish and other marine animals or for Vegans in form of Seaweed or Supplements. Use of Dairy Products is not discouraged, Fermented are the best, like Sauerkohl,Quark(a Typ of Cheese). What you should omit ist Junk Food, any processed ones, Tobacco and Alcohol.

To my surprise, I found that diary is good for me! Grass fed goats yogurt with bacteria, grass fed butter or ghee, very good!

Iodine and dairy and fish etc would be good for someone who has underactive thyroid i believe. But overactive thyroid should avoid

It takes 30 days to change a habit, so I need to just stay at your house and eat there for a month until I get the gist of all these rules, then I'll be more successful to maintain your menu. I'll bring one suitcase and wing it. RUclips message me Dr. Christianson. Thanx.

I just started eating a lot of seaweed, wakame... got a lot of cramps all over the body, not because of lack of magnesium or selenium... but eating seaweed does help a lot? BUT I am not sure now after this, if I am not doing myself a disservice??? Got hypothyroid!???

My blood tests show insufficient iodine but I have Hashimotos. I’ve got your book and am working through it, but do I actually have a deficiency if my blood shows this? Should I really be having even less iodine in my diet?
