- It takes more effort than I anticipated to recreate a realistic-looking purse as dessert, but I adore the result!
This one is composed with 2 layers of vanilla peanut sponge, 2 layers of soft vanilla caramel, 2 layers of vanilla anglaise cream, 2 layers vanilla mascarpone whipped and some homemade coated crunchy peanuts.

if it wasn't for the fact the purse was an actual confection i'd be fooled to think I could buy it and wear it; a testament to the skill of the art.

It's the textured pattern exterior that does it for me! The whole design is sheer perfection! ***chef's kiss***👨🍳💋
This is personally one of my favourites. It is soooo realistic and the way you made the pattern on the opening 'flap' is just amazing.
And once more the Chocolate Magician makes art that makes us impressed

This is above and beyond of any chocolate work, true masterpiece! It felt almost like a crime when Amaury cut through it, but these oozing creams and caramel were very satisfying to watch ;)

Филегранная работа, в России тоже есть такой Кондитер он мне подарил такую сумочку с Пионами. Но это дорогое удовольствие, поэтому этими творениями обычным людям можно наслаждаться только зрительно. Работа этого художника уникальна, ведь его творения съедают.
