You doing awesome job you guys are working good as a team when man takes the orders Joe makes the hot dogs do french fries all different kind of hot in all different kind of french fries did customers are happy with your service that's what keeps them coming back for more and more keep up the good work guys
Im digging your vids man, and yes you have some very odd weiners but your menu is great. We have transitioned from our trucking career to having a 12ft food trailer in Las Vegas now and im making weiners with my own twist, butalso smashburgers and a maxwell street polish. Granted its only been a couple weeks and uts very slow so far. You give me hope tho.
a cook working 4 stations by himself is stressful enough, so your prep has to be on point. You either need a second cook or reevaluate your setup cause this is too chaotic for a hot dog truck. Keep up the hard work!
@AjarLobster well adding another cook would increase speed and sales with better quality, and food cost is already low, with it being a hot dog truck even in these times. Start simple, build a base, and build up.

More profit for himself and less people he's gotta pay . Product ain't cheap these days .

The difference seems to be who did the prep .
