The idea being that most of us eat, sleep, breath and wash ourselves with the past. But the past is trash now. Its dirty. But most of us bath in it everyday. Sometimes 100 times a day. Be here now, in the moment and take life as it comes and learn from it. And then pass on what you have learned. How teachable are you? What is your willingness to learn? ❤✌️
K has stuck to this philosophy right through his life..such a simple exposition but is so difficult for the complex human mind...

This man...just wow
This one touches on a lot of grounds. Some of the best insights are when despite all the ground covered it comes back to the notion of the observer being the observed. Instead of knowledge accumulation, it becomes quite simple. Almost silly, the contradiction within ourselves. If it weren’t for how grave such contradictions turn into collective destruction, hatred and fear in this 🌎.

Current updated note
In the idea of the reference used as "self isolation of individual activities" does not take into account that in 1979.. there are no internet services of individual to social group network connectivity.
So currently we are no longer isolated from each other in the sense like not in touch.. because we undertood that and proceeded to be more connected that ever and resulted in more current new modes of activity perceptions that we still observing.
Our expression to be understood.
The division is an illusion. Simply because "me" requires you to recognize me so to function as "Me".
And "You" requires me to recognize you so to function as "You".
Therefore both are intertwined as together to be existential and functional.
It is selfish to be simply me over or you over me as both are inconsiderate of their own very nature of existence and function. 101 philosophy on nature of human existence.
The whole message here is simple, Thought, is fake. Reality is here and now, literally, just here and now. sit here and now with no thought and be still, then you melt into the here and now and are simply Being. My self is this here and now, not a piece of it, or the body in the center of it, but the whole moment of now is what I am and any spoken word about it, is a replica of the truth.

K was clearly deluded on this. He is speaking as if he is the first and only person to explore all this.😳
I think these kind of statements make some people who listen to K or read K, very stubborn and make them resist what other Teachers say. They create such a cultish vibe.
Unfortunately, compared to other important aspects of The Teachings, these kind of slogans are easy to pick up and assert.
1. K always said accept no authority including his, so if somebody is stubborn he twisted k's teachings.
2.Name one guru who didn't say he is enlightened and not given his followers a path.
What he is concluding here is we have created the concept of you and me and in that process we have isolated ourselves. And then began discovering a mere idea of achieving niravana and hoping one day to become or experience the whole. which if we think carefully has been our conditioning for ages.
