I think it isn't even central/the main point, that/if he's Gods son (I think we all are) or if he rose after dying.
I think it's mainly about love (charity/altruism) and forgiveness which *is* following him (even if you're not christian/baptised) and leads to "heaven"..
@@FrogeniusW.G. Yes thats important as well. But we are uncapable of this apart from Him. We love Him bc He first loved us. If we are guilty of one part of the law we are guilty of all. Meaning we need a savior. Which God provided. Jesus!! And i know the love He has showed me bubbles over to others and without knowing what He did and truly knowing i do not think id be able to love like He loves. I wasnt quite sure of what your saying but i just wanted to say that..
Part of what is successful about their lives is their sweet sisterly bond and the fact they're both down to earth, nice people.

Dawn, I do the same as you. I share a smile with everyone, while jogging, shopping, restaurants...anywhere and everywhere, even our local waterpark yesterday! Yes, it certainly has opened up some conversations, but what I love the most is when I see a person who looks like they're frowning, and I smile at them, say Good Morning...and their face LIGHTS UP! The workers at our grocery stores light up even more when I try to say their names. (We live in a multi-cultural area) Everyone appreciates being recognized that they're important enough to have their name remembered!

Thanks for sharing! I love your friend's prayer, "Lord, come with me." I think that a lot of us pray in the morning asking God to be with us for the day, but forget to continue asking for His presence throughout the rest of the day. "Lord I need thee, oh, I need thee, every hour I need thee..."
Good morning ladies,. That word was so good Diana, thank you for sharing that and for praying with and for us. As for you Diana, when I first saw your channel I subscribed mostly because I liked your personality and I enjoyed watching YOU declutter but I swore I would never and could never live that way. My daughter's enjoy watching you along with me, ages 7,8,10,16 and 21. They asked me why I don't try that and I said it's just not me. So last week I was "trying" to get something out of the hall closet and decided to move some things around so I could get what I needed , well I swear I could hear your voice ,needless to say it ended up being a full blown deep declutter. 2 garbage bags of trash and 2 Goodwill boxes later it was done and WOW!!!!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE, I LOVE IT!!! I was so excited that I went to the next scariest place ' my pantry and did the same thing. When my girls got home from school they noticed what I had done almost immediately. They could not believe how much better it all looked. Now they won't let me live it down . They say Mom caught the declutter bug 🐞 and now she won't stop. Thank you Dawn!!! You made a believer out of me. 😉

What a blessing this was to me this morning. You cannot imagine how much I needed this encouragement to ask Jesus to come along with me today! Thank you.
Great job cleaning out your junk drawer. We are renovating and I want to toss everything. I better wait though because I’m constantly getting asked where this and that are. Lol I love that encouragement! “Jesus come with me.” I was having a really hard week last week and a cashier looked me in the eye and smiled (yes, I know it’s their job but this one was genuine not a robotic customer service smile), I had to choke back tears as I smiled back and got into the car humbled . I don’t know if the person was a believer or not but God can use anyone or thing to let you know that He sees you. I felt connected from a stranger’s kind smile.
Great reminder to invite Jesus along every day! So many days I start out with prayer and bible reading but by the end of the day I realize I left him right there in my quiet time spot. Thank you. These Sunday videos are always uplifting 😀

Thank you for sharing today's devo Diana. Over two years ago I was asked to lead a Ladies Bible study. I gave every excuse in the book but to no avail. The ladies group (which I had been a part of for a few years) needed someone to lead because the previous lady began showing signs of dementia and could no longer lead. I felt very inadequate - old, negative thoughts came crushing down around me but the ladies kept encouraging me to lead. For years the scripture you read in your devo kept popping up and I kept asking God, "Why this scripture and what do I have to do with it?" I eventually said yes to the ladies group and for over two years I've lead them in a study. However, I've told them that if God doesn't show up, I have nothing for them. I ask Him constantly to go with me and He is faithful! He helps me prepare, expounds the Word as we go through our study, shows up BIG time and never has let us down! All because I said yes. My eyes filled with tears and my hands reached upward to praise the Lord. I just love Him! Thanks again for sharing. Safe and happy travels Dawn - to you and your family. Thanks Diana for sharing. Happy and healthy pregnancy to you. Looking forward to meeting the new little one.

Getting rid of my junk drawer 10 years ago was the best thing I ever did! It was always my biggest stress. Now when I’m asked where my junk drawer is I say, nope don’t have one and I’m sooo glad!

I visit my sis in the nursing frequently. I take the time to look the worker in the eye, speak their name & say thank you for taking good care of my sisters daily needs. I take the time to call my sis when I'm not visiting the nursing home. I picked a big bouquet of daffodils along a country road & when I took them to my sis I let the residents smell them too.
It's the little things. It's taking time. It's being thoughtful. A heart filled with the love to overflowing for others.

I cleaned out both of my junk drawers ( yep 2 of them) when Dawn shared hers. We had one in our buffet in the dining room and 1 in our kitchen. Our kitchen is really tiny with limited cabinets and drawer space , so emptying the junk drawer was so helpful to us. I love Diana's story about praying for someone , I've had to do that a lot this week. A very good friend of mine was diagnosed with lung cancer that has spread to her brain and is having brain surgery tomorrow. So if you want to send an extra prayer or 2 her name is Amy, she could use them.
I'm praying for Amy...right now🙏

We lost a child last year, and during the earlier part of our 9 day hospital ordeal a friend's husband came by to bring us lunch. Without us asking, he offered to pray over our child. Of course, we said yes. So we held hands with him while he prayed out loud. We are Christian, but we were under so much stress and agony that we wouldn't have thought to ask anyone who visited to pray. So we were really grateful that he had the courage to just ask. After that, I made it a point to ask anyone who visited to pray....even the lady that cleaned the room every day. 🙂💕

As a new subscriber, I had no idea you were Christians until I saw this video. Thru your videos, your kindness shows...which drew me in initially. Thank you for publically proclaiming our wonderful Jesus as Lord, and for sharing words of wisdom from the Bible. This world needs to experience some calmness, kindness, joy and biblical wisdom... and you exude these traits. Many non-christains may be hearing biblical verses for the first time here, so please continue sharing those. Love your organizational tips too...you make it look easy and fun. I think I need a buddy to help me get started on paring down my "stuff", but you HAVE motivated me! Thank you!
Such a great devotional time. Something I've tried to be intentional about is whenever I'm at a restaurant, grocery store, drive through, etc I take note of the person's name tag and call them by name, (ex: "Thank you, Stephanie, for bagging my groceries today"). It's amazing how such a simple acknowledgement of another person by their name shows that you're truly appreciative for them and their service.
It also can open opportunities and conversations that otherwise would be missed. I recently did this at a Starbucks, and for days afterward the Lord just kept bringing that person to mind and I could pray for her by name.

The story that Diana shared was beautiful!! We were talking about that very thing today in church. I, too, struggle for ways to share my faith and to do and say what I should. Thank you so much. I learned to simply ask God to be with me throughout my daily round and I know that He will. Your channel is a blessing.

This is so relatable… we keep things because we bought them. It doesn’t feel right to get rid of it. Even if we don’t need it.
Dawn and Diana, you both inspire me so much! My mother has lived in an independent retirement home for the past few years. I live very close by so have spent a lot of time there. I've gotten to know the staff really well as well as many of the residents. I've listened to and laughed and cried with and hugged many of them because over the years I've realized that that is my "evangelism". Like you, Dawn, I would never overtly evangelize but I can show others God's love in my own way. Thank you both for sharing with us and one of these days I'll start the task of decluttering my house! 😉

You are not the only one. I'm struggling at the moment with feelings of malice toward someone who has hurt me. I'm trying to overcome them by praying blessing over that person and that the Lord could help me forgive them. You can't stay negative if you pray positive things over people.

I’ve recently gone back to work and while I don’t get to watch y’all’s videos as much as I like, I feel the need for them so very much!!!!! And these faith videos are a nice positive on my heart even though I’m not a religious person. I LOVE looking and smiling at people!!! When I began decluttering the first thing I tackled was the junk drawer. The little divider compartments have made it easy to stay organized. Such a relief!

There’s a difference between ministering to people and preaching to (at) them. I think that subtle difference is key.
My son has Down syndrome and there’s a BIG difference between people who give us furtive glances on the bus and then say, “I’ll pray for you,” with sad faces as they are getting off, and people who chat with me and then *ask* if I mind if they pray for me.
With my life experience it’s easy to remember which it feels good to be on the receiving end of.

As a single mom, I have been trying to find a better way to live for sometime and had already made the decision to build a smaller home and downsize our lives when I stumbled onto your channel a couple months ago. At that time I was just fumbling my way through figuring out how make it possible to put the things/people that were important first in my life and spend less time on all the stuff that wasn’t. You have given me the tools I needed to accelerate the process, the encouragement I’ve needed, and the peace to know that it is the right path for us. I always smile and say hi how are you today taking my daughter back and forth to school, it does put a smile on peoples faces. My daughter has been going to the same school for the last 6 years and when I see new parents looking confused about something I always ask them if they need any help, they very much appreciate.

My local donation center takes literally EVERYTHING, so miscellaneous hardware, tools, chains, etc can be bagged up and donated. The men go crazy in that aisle searching for what they need, my husband included ! The saying is true, one man's trash is another man's treasure !
