Garden season is upon us, and as an addition to the already burstin' hidden paradise of a garden I own, I've fallen for pots and aim to make the garden even more of a private park with pots this year. I also try to declutter my amazing 70's gown collection this week, which is harder than I thought. I really hope that you enjoy this week's video full of bohemian vintage, flowers and spring wholesomeness.

Your garden is beautiful! I am in Indiana and I can't plant anything outside until Mother's day. It is just too cold at night. I have planted seed potatoes and green onions in my greenhouse.

A good tip for relaxing your muscles after gardening is to soak in an Epsom salts bath, it will help a lot with aches & pains, lavender salts are also nice..
P.S. don't cover your legs sweetie, you looked good in the red mini dress and the black suit.

your garden is so lovely🌿🌷🎀is the skylight a investment that is inline for future selling where you live, if not your forever home. also, you can fix your oven by replacing the handle, and the heating coils. I did this once. Just find a Store where they sell this oven, and ask for the parts for these two items, and or part replacement numbers, and find them online. Better to upgrade older appliances with new parts.

Most plants should be trimmed back in the fall or early spring. The flowers develop on the new growth . So if you cut back to late you are cutting away where flower buds are developing.😊

I black suit is so perfect for you, I see the red dress as a tunic on you and the black/gray dress might be made to fit you but not really needed so not worth the expense. Elise, I love everything you do, you remind me of myself when I was your age in 1970's. I loved vintage and wore many 40's suits and so on. I think what you are doing is an inspiration to all women everywhere...do it yourself!! You don't need a man to have a home, to create a business and a life worth living! Enjoy everything you have made and created for yourself! One little point...when you gonna hang the Chinese Emperor picture on the floor in your living room? I'd love to see him above your fireplace. You can plant slow to break dormacy...plants on top of daffodils....it helps them winter over.....here in USA 4 inch pots reach 3 gallon size or larger...in a season making them such a good buy...and you have hours more sunlight... probably 5 gallon size for you.

Hi Elise, I just wanted to say, that the green plant, you bought, the Hosta? It likes a shady place, so I could see them, planted in your garden, in pots, yes. But maybe also under your trees, and in shady corners. They actually come in all kinds of leafsizes, and in an incredible amount of different varieties! From tiny mini hostas, to very large. And even though they do flower, they are loved for their beautiful, lush leaves, that kan vary from white and, to yellow and green, and even blue. And with all sorts of patterns, too. AND they grow beautifully in pots! My terrace is filled with all kinds of different Hostas in pots!

The floral dress with ruffle collar is not terribly flattering. It looked like the dress was wearing you instead of you wearing the dress. The turquoise is gorgeous!! I love your plant choices too!! I would probably use the red dress as a shirt or jacket with pants and a shell. Love your channel!!!
Love the container garden, im making one myself this summer, love growing plants in pots. Good work in your garden its lovely. Just a little tip if you dont mind me giving, growing carrot can attract carrot fly but if you plant marigolds around them the carrot fly is repelled. Christine x

I watched a video of a solar waterfall. I had no clue they had these in the USA. I hope they have them there. They make for awesome little waterfalls in stackable planters.! ❤
