    aapne kha hai ki shuru me dhire se daurna hai lekin army rally me to jo shuru me fast rahte hai wohi daur nikalte hai . jo shuru me dhirie rahte hai wo to bhut piche ho jate hai kyonki usme 15-20 hi selection hote hai

    Mai bhi aapna country ka kaksha karna chahta hu,or Mai bachpan se hi army banna chahta hu or abhi 18 year old ka ho gya hu or 12th class mai hu 12th ka exam dene k baad mai ,
    only for army
    or practice bhi daily karta hu .OK

    Bhai mujhay 1600m 5:40 k andar mai complete krna hai to jub mai running karta hu to phala round mairai target k hisab sai aa jata hai (1.25) but second round 2.50 k place mai 3.08 mai hota hai & after 2 rounds mairay legs mai ajib sa lagta hai pain jaysa jub thora sa speed run karta hu but jub mai 400m ground k 10 rounds kagata hu tub koi jada problem nahi hota hai but vo slow lagta hu thora sa ...... To bass mujhay jana hai ki eass problem ko kaysay solve karu ..... 1600 m ....5:40 min mai kaysay complete karu
