My Fav Gingerbread Cookies (Vegan, wholemeal)

This time we're going to make gingerbread cookies, yes, because it's Christmas! This gingerbread cookies are super crunchy, gingery with the perfect sweetness.
This is probably my favourite gingerbread cookie recipe until now! Hope you will like it too. :))

Crunchy Vegan Gingerbread Cookies
227 g wholemeal plain flour (wholewheat pastry flour)

1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 tsp ground ginger amzn.to/3GWhtV6
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/16 tsp ground clove
120 g maple syrup
