If you go into settings under general you can set the pickups to auto, this stops the pickup motion def helps, if you see abandoned cars you can open the trunk

You have to sell a whisper bow if you already have one, buy from the merchant's weapon tab, then sell it. You can't do it under "by back" or you'll just be buying it back for the same price you sold it for.
