I couldn't help but fear the addition of vocals in an instrumental band such as yours, but I gotta admit, this song turned out to be one of my favourite on the album. Really nicely done. Love the insights.
@ArchEcho I would love to hear _Arch Echapella,_ it'd probably sound like that time me and my mate drunkenly sang the whole of Dance of Eternity while heading from one bar to another Yes it was nightmarish but in a very fun way
Definitely interested in this kind of content! There’s always so much more under the skin of an AE song, and I love hearing it straight from the source
This type of content is always so good. Battlestar Nostalgica would be really cool to even see just a keys breakdown on. So much awesome stuff going on keyswise in that song
Very cool look behind the scenes! Totally fascinating and inspiring to hear the subtle layers and reinforcements isolated like that. Would love to see more please!
8:38 enter Cory Wong! This was so fun to watch. Would love to see a video breaking down Cloudsplitter. The middle section is so crazy, it'd be great to hear how you came up with the different parts, the rhythm, and the general flow of the song. It's friggin brilliant 🤘
Fuck dude, absolute insanity - in the bets possible way!! Makes me wanna get back into composing and writing haha!! It’s really cool how you go into detail about the masking and talk about how certain things not being there would definitely impact the overall sound, even though they’re there to basically just fill the track out a bit more. I love that!! 👌🏼 ✨
Love this so much❤ Would love to know more about the lyrics. Did they come to you all at once? How did you figure out timing for "hit the nail on the head in another record time"?
Thanks! Lyrics were written by me (Joey Izzo). Focused mainly on getting something to sound catchy while remaining loosely attached to the subject of the struggles/joys of living your life pursuing creative/artistic endeavors. Timing and rhythm was all decided as a gut feeling, just wanted it to be something I could naturally sing so I made sure to compose everything by actually demoing it into a microphone so I knew it made sense phonetically.
This band warms this old fusion prog rocker's heart. Thanks for carrying the torch & being an inspiration for us interested in the future of music.
This is awesome. I would love to see more of these

AE4: this time it's a cappella.
It's a dare, then @@ArchEcho

Sweet video, snall tip for next time tho, definitely specify which adam is being mentioned 😂
This is fun to watch, and hearing all the bits and pieces that went into it. So cool
We absolutely want more breakdowns!
Flying to Nashville to see Arch Echo. 😎 so stoked
Fantastic. Even better seeing you using Studio One.
Amazing production, god-tier!! Damn you are good joey
If you ever make another vocal song, Jonathan Young should definitely be part of it :D!
This is so friggin good. Please keep it up.
Nice you use Studio One also. I was hoping for some pointers but this still helps me understand I can still use as little or a lot of tracks.
this is GLORIOUS!!
This is my favorite song on the album and now I have even more layers to listen for. Thanks!
Holy flip this is amazing!
These videos are great. Come back to Minneapolis!

So interesting to watch, thanks Joey! I love that post-chorus section with the classic Arch Echo modulations, haha!
Thanks !!❤
Thanks for breaking this down for us Joey! Even more appreciation for this track, you all put so much in to your music!
Great album... been loving it. This was my fav for a long time but now I'm really digging Bet Your Life and Gold Dust is my current favorite!
Love you guys. Thank you so much for going in depth with your craft.
This was great!
Please make more videos like this!!!!
Please do more of these, Joey! So so cool to hear the isolated parts that build the AE sound! ❤
