I'm liking how the players are seemingly bonding more and more. CC and her teammates are actyally liking each other and it shows in how well they're playing as a team.
Teamwork is paying off
I don't think we'll be hearing much from the Angel-Reese-WNBA-Rookie-of-the-Year crowd over the next few days.
AB looks much better now than she did early in the season. She's in shape and playing with confidence.

Did y’all hear McNutt talk about the record. How convenient, before the this game the sky had the same number wins but have played two less games then the Fever. SMH. With Angel 26 points last game I don’t know if talk will die down. The AB and Smith run after a miss now, so I’m sure we will see two more triple doubles from CC this year.
If Angel goes off again this afternoon and beats the storm again we will be having this conversation very soon 😅
@@dannybirch25 Do you think since Angel has been playing really well, do opposing teams start playing her differently and how do you think she’ll react? Lately opposing teams have got have her at the top of their scouting reports.
Typically Mitchell experience. Hahahaha. So true, I get so nervous when she has the ball. She did pass once or twice so I’ll take the improvement. What I saw was Caitlin being aggressive, she must of had an Iowa jersey under her Fever jersey, because today she was playing like she did at Iowa. I’ve been waiting to see that aggressive style in the Pros. Everyone played really well, Lexi Hull played. Coach put her in unlike the Aces game.
Yeah, even though she didn't shoot well, she scored at the right time. Her teammates caught her passes, and she needs to play like she is on a mission.
@@1flash3571 totally agree. Id rather her score 19 points but have +15 shots. Plus she was driving on Hamilton tonight who is taller and out weighs her. Great game from CC and the team.

Clark has now had 5 double doubles and a triple double....and a triple double is actually a double double but better. so 6 double doubles, one of which is a triple double.

I noticed the same thing that you said about AB. She looks like she has lost a bit of weight to me as well. She also looks faster and I think she might even be jumping higher. Anyway, just like you said she certainly looks better physically, and it shows beautifully in her game.

Mic! You stopped the video before they showed the team spraying water all over Caitlin, but I'm thinking you probably saw that! You know what this means, right? Caitlin said it herself, "We can play with the best." So they beat the Mercury, and then they gave the Aces a hard time for a portion of that game. And now we've beat the best team in the league. Coach Sides actually finally made a decision with the starters and she gave Lexi some minutes for a change. Can't wait till the next game. :)

I agree about AB. Her arms look more defined to go along with her better playing. I think she can build some more muscle and be even better.
Always look forward to your vids. That was an Iowa game. They're advancing down court both on missed shots and made baskets, starting to expect the ball on a break. That's Iowa Bball. Boston has lost weight and her endurance is better. Looks like 15 pounds or so. Endurance is better. If you watch her last season, no one really ran down court, so she didn't, or maybe they were just waiting for her to set up. She mainly worked down on the blocks last year. Now she's cutting down the lane as a secondary option. Her footwork down the lane and around the basket has improved too. Everyone is looking for the pass in step now. Their heads are up and on a swivel. Timing is much better and it's easier to catch a pass that you're expecting. Even Coach is starting to see the benefit of full time transition. Some of these games are starting to look like the team is buying into it. Fun.
It did feel very Iowa-esque, spot on. It was good to see her get 12 3pt attempts up, the early spurt got them started but if she keeps getting them up at will we'll start to see some of those late game back breaking runs that we know her for. I knew it couldn't only be me, I'm watching the game thinking first, her feet are moving a lot faster, she's moving arond ppl instead of running them over, and she's running the floor end-to-end like Fagbenle right now. I won't say like Steulke, let's not get carried away
@@micdewitt She's more like Czinano especially if she keeps getting open running the lane with a quick break after setting a hard or soft pick. It's all eye contact with Clark on the go and they're learning that. Boston will get the ball back plenty, and those are easy points. This triple is normal for CC. She did this because of Reese's big game and CC being one short of a Triple a game or two ago. I wouldn't be surprised to see her do this a couple more times in the next few games. She won't be number two to anyone. Do you realize that 20 or so games in the season she's probably the best PG in the league? She's a hybrid.
The Fever players are hustling down court faster because they are starting to see that their hustle will be rewarded by Caitlin's pinpoint passes if they can get the slightest bit open. They are no longer surprised. They are now more ready when the ball arrives.
AB looked in shape at SC. The beginning of this year in Indiana she looked soft. This is her playing shape!
Great game. Really good on defense. Some things happened at just the right time. Mitchell’s steal in the last minute was huge. That’s the mindset that you need to take the win. Can’t let it come to you. Everyone had that mind in that game.
I think CC has been focusing on facilitating the team and helping get everyone working together, which has taken some of her numbers down. “Everybody eats,” and she’s been setting the table. Leading by example. It seems they’re there now, with everyone clicking and feeling good together, and now CC’s shifting into blow mode.
The only thing I missed was Temi. Those minutes with Wheeler would’ve been better suited to Temi against the Liberty.
Yeah it seems she was having trouble with that wrap on her finger (Temi) getting her all the way back will be a relief. CC found a perfect balance yesterday imo - when she did go for hers she did it in bunches. I like that. It’s like they trust her to be her now, knowing that the passes are coming because with her they always have. Hit a few threes, have the defense running around frantically like someone just shook up the hive, and then SURGICAL dimes lol. I loved it

@@robertrich9053 it’s crazy right? And they are so top heavy…with Vegas they’ll throw a few different looks at you, even if it is the starters playing almost all of the minutes. Same with Minnesota. I haven’t seen NY win many ways besides “score 95 points and hope other team doesn’t score 96”. Same ownership as the Nets, and right now they look very much like the Durant/Kyrie/Harden Nets that’ll run you off the floor but if you hit back they fold
The Mystics roster is decimated and they played terrible tonight. The Fever probably gonna smoke them on Wednesday.

that's why I knew early on, she'd have at least one this season, hit 3 maybe 4 times, 3 minimum...might go 8/12 next time she gets 12 3s up, and if the whistle is blowing and she gets 6 trips to the line, she'll flirt with 40 once. Too good not to

Then you mentioned her physique. Oh. I rewound it. Ohhh. She has Muscles. She's toned.
She is losing some weight.
