I'd say Armada is the best smash player in the world. He always beats Mango. He had a really good record against him until recently, after he retired in 2013 and came back rusty, he's been losing tournaments to Mango which is evening up the record a bit. But Armada is just so nasty. He's extremely smart and predicts opponents movements and counters as you could see in the last match on Mango's last stock. And if people think Mango's consistent, Armada has Never placed under 4th place in his entire career and went 2012 undefeated at 1st place every tournament.
He has done some stuff that I think Nintendo does not want to encourage by having him there. He is one of the best player-wise definitely, but as a person to show the new Smash to the world? Not as much.
I always root for Armada when he plays (unless he's against PPMD), but I can honestly say that Mango blew the last game away, sort of killing his momentum as he went to face Mew2king. However the first 4 games were near highest level from both players - those were amazing to watch.

Get Toph of the mic, at least when Scar is around. I know their friends and what not, but Toph is like a kid with ADHD. He interrupts, he's loud, he's practically schizophrenic with all the random shit that comes out of his mouth, and doesn't mind acting like a fool, and this is all amplified when they're on stream together. I like to have fun, too, don't get me wrong. But Toph makes me want to mute the stream, denying me my chance to listen to good commentary from Scar. I love VGBC, and MIOM. But I'd rather watch Toph play the game than talk about it. And the sad thing is, he doesn't have terrible things to say when he's focused. But I feel like that may be better used in an article like format as opposed to this hyperactive man-child act.
I disagree. In good fun good commentators often ramble on.. some worse than others (eg. during some of the iron mans); with that said I think toph displayed quick and insightful commentary during this match that most other commentators don't deliver as well. Felt pretty entertaining to me and broke down the mechanics in a classy way.
I don't think they should change who is commentating for the petty want of a single person, and you should check your phrasing because you sound really high and mighty as if your opinion decides all. I also enjoy Toph's commentary, as do a lot of other people.
The commentators need to stop talking so much that they're literally talking over each other for 20 minutes. I appreciate commentary, but at least try to be a little bit more aware.
Why the USA! tag? You are fighting an equally good european player and need to constantly remind people which country is getting beaten? Who cares? If I can see some nice smash between two excellent players, but this over-patriotic behaviour is a little laughable. Actually was kind surprised the crowd didn't chant. Mango was never a likeable character, to be honest. Excellent player no doubt. Pleasent match, crowd and commentating, though.
