  • Just a few years ago, the world envisioned the future of military forces as high-tech space fleets and infantry exoskeletons. However, recent developments have shifted the paradigm. Now, militaries worldwide are incorporating a new specialization: VR-set-wielding drone operators.
These drone specialists, who resemble E-sports gamers more than traditional soldiers, are being trained to master First-Person View Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, which are revolutionizing battlefields globally.
In a playful video released by a Chinese news agency, People’s Armed Police officers are shown in military uniforms, sporting advanced VR visors and remote controllers.
The video shifts to the drone’s perspective, showcasing the operators executing complex acrobatic maneuvers and precision targeting flights, all set to the tune of popular video game music. While the footage seems light-hearted, these men are honing their combat skills. Considering the remarkable drone capabilities demonstrated in the Ukraine conflict, these machines are far from harmless. They may well be the spearhead of future warfare.
In a world where a single low-cost drone can obliterate a multi-million-dollar armored vehicle and its crew in a flash, China assembling its own army of highly trained drone operators is a development far from entertaining; it’s a new threat…

when the drone lock on to the target, you fly at you at the speed of up to 800 km per hour. the newer drone use AI to follow the lock on and stop using the control of the signal of their operator because the Russian figure that the moment before the drone strike is when it weakest because the low altitude make the control signal delay so they fix it. even if electronic fail, it still a glide bomb flying at you at 800 km per hour.

Yeah, I was never worried about US drone copies or the large drones because nobody wants them for a reason they were unreliable and poorly made. With that said China does have an advantage in small drone technology with dual use and that is a worry for the US military. The US is going to have to really push the boundaries of EW/jamming. The US/West also needs to curve China’s ability to get access to advanced Western technology, especially quantum, microchip technology, and AI. The west has made far too many mistakes and given kind of far too much axis for far too long and these are all the consequences now the west is in danger because we were naïve greedy and profit driven.
