I haven’t done any recent research, but the video is not that old, so I don’t think much has changed. What data are you looking for?
I should point out that you made a significant error at 4:30 when you miscalculated Winnipeg’s radiation exposure as “10 mSv.” It’s actually 4.1 mSv as you can see by looking at the title of the first numerical column “Total (mSv/y).”
What I did was add the 6mSv you get normally during the year as a Pilot, and added the 4mSv in Winnipeg to come up with a total of 10mSv combined exposure. That chart just shows the exposure anyone living in Winnipeg would receive.

Sunscreen reduces the skin cancer risk, but not the ionizing radiation from space

Haha well I’ve been flying for 20years and haven’t felt anything change in my body, + have 2 kids, so I think the risks are well below the threshold. 🙂
