I lose my balance once I try to grab my big toes. How should I remain my balance? Is this normal?

Inhalation and exhalation should be same across... You inhale in backbends and you exhales in forward bends

Hamstrings take time to loosen.. just stay consistent 😇👍
It is moderate. I got lot of sweat. Felt burning sensation in buttocks and upper thighs. It is difficult @15.22. overall till now I am feeling good.
