Another home run of a video, Dr. Russ!! I was able to relate to this video a lot. I lost my father in my early 20s and the grief was real. Thank you again for spending the time in making videos. I look forward to every post!!
I’m not Jewish, however my family has been heavily involved in the community for many, many years and the teachings are so beautiful. I try my hardest to implement them in my daily life and it has helped my heart in various ways. Another wonderful video! Thank you for touching on this difficult subject and sharing your own personal story. ❤️
This really, really helped me. Thank you. I sobbed the whole video, but it felt like a much needed release. I lost my grandma last year. She was 88 and lives a long, full life. But she raised me and was there when I was born. She was so much more than a grandma. I just can't imagine a world without her, yet here I am walking in it. Very hard.
Thank you for reaching out. I'm glad my words helped you release those tears. She was worth this grief, and those tears honor her memory and the impact she had on your life. Tears are temporary but her love and care for you will be with you forever. She's there in every little thing you do to help and support others. Take good care and I hope you find some comfort this beautiful fall evening.
Thank you for making this video. Someone very close to me deals with depression. I've never dealt with it, or at least haven't on the level that they have so I've always had a hard time relating or had a hard time seeing the signs before it's in a dire state. I always look forward to videos like this that give me some insight and help me truly understand without feeling like I'm looking for a what's wrong with them guide. If that makes sense. As always, I love your content and appreciate your hard work.
