The mountain at the top threw everything at you, from that big que for the gondola, to strong winds, to fog, to a crowded run ranging from pizza beginners to wannabe racers. BTW, FWIW, I've been looking at quality ski's via their sites filters that might be suitable for me, i.e. Kastle, Fisher and Stockli. All pricy, but quality never comes cheap.
And not to mention, spring snow is much softer so harder on the legs but easier to control speed, so good for beginners. Look out for after season specials when purchasing skiing kit, you can get some excellent deals...
How did u like it ? This is my second season here and I just love it … I think it’s super beginner- friendly and u also get to experience the high altitude above 2k meters which is amazing! Did u get the feeling there r more beginners then in other alpine resorts ? I’m quite new to skiing n I think the slopes r just right for my skill level 😅
It's a great resort, lots of beginners as you mention, and as you'll see in other videos. Unfortunately, the glacier was closed, but I'm planning to go back next season...

The fog and crowds look very much like east coast skiing (mid-Atlantic that is)!
Easter long weekend, so it gets busy but hopefully it's less crowded come Tuesday... is it always busy there?
Yes. High speed chairs and 1k feet of vertical = heavy traffic on the hill.
@@ellenleonard2343 OK, the gondola at the base was fast, the queue moved quickly so I suppose the same heavy traffic :-)
