He's performing one of the forms from bagau zhang kung fu, and doing it amazingly well for a guy who was, according to his birth certificate, born 118 years before this recording (born 1893, according to many accounts)
By "his gongfu", understand "all martial arts"(something to do with this guy being still alive), and BaguaZhang is one of those arts you can defend yourself today without hurting(too much) the agressor.

his gongfu is for killing not art or whatever,he used to kill a lot people when he was young.a real legend
