Any thoughts on using the boom-1-2 footwork versus a normal dribble step 1-2 stop where your last dribble is in sync with the inside foot? Has one been shown to definitively be quicker (e.g. "hop" is quicker than 1-2 off the catch) or easier in certain situations? If boom-1-2 is better against backpedaling defenders or after creating space when the primary defender is still in front of you, would you just focus on that footwork and rhythm for all pull ups? Or do you get a significantly longer stride using the dribble step timing when going all the way past the primary defender to an open spot?
    Thanks!
