This guitar was giving to me today by Larry and I have to say first of all, the set up on it is great! The bridge and locking tuners keep it locked and in tune and the tremlo is true. The yellow pops and the custom pickguard stands up to close eye inspection. I don't play metal. I'm more of a blues rock player, but this guitar handles everything from clean tones to what you see Larry playing. I don't need a tone knob either. I like simple. Larry you really know what you're doing putting guitars together man. We'll have to do a video of us playing with this guitar soon. Thanks again brother!!
You honor me, brother. I am glad you like it. The cool thing about us playing together will be the differences in each of our styles. Your slide vibrato is heavenly. The guys that watch the channel will love it. You can choose any of my guitars when we play it doesn't have to be your yellow Ibanez. Think about it. Have a good night, brother. Take care.
My first real guitar was an Ibanez RG 350 DX back in 2000 . I bought at my first ever trip to Guitar Center in Atlanta. ❤ Bro you just took me back in time. Mine didn’t have EMG’s but I played the hell outta it! In fact I learned my first song on that guitar. It was… I’d Love To Change the World by 10 Years After. Thank for the video Larry. I’d jam with ya❤
I wish my first guitar was an Ibanez. It was a global from sears from the 70's that broke string constantly. In the 80s, I dreamed of having an Ibanez. Glad I brought back good memories. I would jam with you no problem. I grew up next to arrogant jackasses that never wanted to jam together. Take care brother and thanks for the comment. Have a good night.
I traced the original pickguard onto the pickguard blank that I bought on Amazon. I took a drill bit and drilled out the outline giving a half an inch extra. And then Dremel sanded the outline a little at a time. And then fit it on the body and sanded extra where needed. Not bad. But it works. Take care man.

@@Larryjo194 I’m gonna start a channel from my studio…if I can get the butterflies out of me 🤣
@PunchLine-Studio It is tough talking to no one. Just a camera. I can't relax. But good luck brother.
I like the pickguard, looks pretty good to me.
