@@DualStupidity Would you like to be reminded about all the mistakes that you make in life ? Of course not. Nobody wants that. You're supposed to make mistakes to learn from them. If they sorted everything out, why should we still be talking about this ? What happened to them is nobody's buisness, only the people involved. We often forget to that they are people just like us. We shouldn't see them as "perfect". Everybody makes mistakes. You have to learn from them.
This is all I wanted to say. God bless :)

Even though you are reminded about past issues, that should never be an excuse to lose it. People sometimes want to sensationalize crap that happened in the past, but not having the restraint and emotional intelligence at that time can just make things worse for any person’s image.

Chris Brown is just a piece of shit, point blank. People stick up for him just because he's famous, even though he is routinely violent and has shown his true character over and over. No good person would beat and choke a woman nearly to death for any reason other than their own life being in danger. And he recently had another restraining order from another ex for threatening to kill her and punching her in the stomach. Fuck Chris Brown.

I realize that the incident with Rhianna happened a couple of years ago, but I just don't understand how people could say "forgive and forget". I understand the forgiving part..I mean its good for everyone involved, but to FORGET is another matter. He did something that was not okay and he can't expect people to be like "oh he apologized so its fine" about the situation, because what he did was horrible. He has to live with the consequences of his actions.

He's right, no matter what he does, no one wants him to have his shine. He's a talented singer and performer, I don't see why he can't be recognized for that. Its actually really sad, because there is only so much someone can take. Its like for every piece of success he gets, there's someone there to stomp on it. Not saying what he did was right, but I think its time people put the past in the past. In the end, GMA was wrong for bringing it up when the initial goal was to promote the album.

You can't get the world to forgive, forget and move on. If this guy wants peace, he needs to forgive himself and move on. Never forget, but move on. That fact that people asking about it (AND THEY WILL AND THEY HAVE THAT RIGHT) makes him bloody destroy a studio is proof that the only person who really needs to forgive and move on is Chris Brown himself. And then no matter what anyone says, he'll be able to keep his cool and that will be proof that he's a changed man.

It's not an "invasion of privacy" when you agree to appear on a nationally televised morning show, on a major network to promote your album. You can't kick a woman's ass, apologize, shed a few tears and then think all will be forgotten. Doesn't work that way in the entertainment industry. Chris, you got to grow up sweetie. You are a talented young man and you still have a bright future ahead of you. Learn how to handle the media, and most of all, how to handle yourself, and learn it NOW.

That means that even when people continue to bring up the incident (and they will); and even if he hopes they'll forget (they won't), he can handle it with maturity, not tantrums.

And YES he brought this on by his own actions but as human beings there is only so much we can take before "pressure burst pipe" and I feel that he was at his moment. its not all his fault, if you watch the interview when she first brought the topic up he already showed by his body language that he was uncomfortable and didnt want to discuss the topic, but she kept on bringing everything back to the Rihanna thing. If I get angry, I find ways to re-direct it into something that's not anti-social or that I have to apologize for. It's possible to control yourself. He is not even sorry, based on his "apology," for busting up the GMA studio. He's "sorry" he scared people. He needs to get his anger under control. He is completely out of control and he will end up in prison one day if he doesn't.

Here’s the thing: whether or not this person had anger issues or any form of mental instability and emotional instability, throwing someone’s past mistakes is NOT a smart move especially if that person has a violent history. I’m not condoning what breezy did in his past or all of the mistakes he has made. For every action there is a consequence, yes. HOWEVER, he DID take full responsibility once the incident had happened and did everything to atone for that. And not for nothing, any sane individual would get extremely pissed off if someone kept acting the way robin did. Granted they may have handled better than Chris did and I’m not saying what he did was okay, I’m simply saying that it completely makes sense why he did what he did. Was it okay? No. But does it make sense as to WHY he did it? Yes.

people support him because he can dance THATS IT! the fact that the guy constantly gets in trouble is why people don't like him. he beat a women then made a song about having sex with her. i can see why some people are upset

Why pressing on the subject, when one is trying to avoid it!!! It's frustrating for him , he's there trying to promote his album, these people obviously don't give a shit about that. All they care is about. These folks were looking for it. Even the calmest person would've acted in the same way. People need to back off and stop judging. He's a very talented young with flaws, I don't applaud what he did , but who am I to condone him!!! He's young and has a life ahead of him! Keep your head up!

I don't think it should "pass" like they say. I don't think his actions, words, or felony horrors should be forgotten. I think the memory should still forever be there to remind him of what he did.

Hmmm...he first apologized for battering a woman, for being violent, said he was very, very sorry & that's not who he really is...then TWO YEARS LATER (plenty of time to cool off?), he is asked about it & he gets all violent again? Then apologizes again. Needed to release his anger? 3 words: Anger Mgmt Therapy. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Being asked about that situation is NOTHING compared to the jail time he could have gotten. Grow up.

And to everybody who has something negative to say about Chris, apparently you are a fan if you're still watching videos that we uploaded about old situations. Everyone has moved on! Everyone makes mistakes! You need to grow the fuck up and stop putting him down over this one mistake. Sorry, we can't all be perfect like you.

@UpturnTheUncool Personally? I don't like Rihanna at all, but dude, you've got issues if you think there ever is a good reason to beat up a person weaker than you are. IT'S NEVER OKAY TO HURT SOMEONE.

No way have I excused him. I'm definitely not okay with what he did, and he damn sure should not be let off easily. I'm saying Chris Brown should pay big consequences, and everyone else should mind their own business. Worry about our kids' education than celebrities. My homepages have enough crap about what the famous spend every minute of every day doing. I don't need shit about Chris Brown's hissy fits. And how do you know Rihanna wants the world to keep bringing up such a traumatic event?

Like I said, his FANS support him for more than his talent. Of course we love him for his talent but we loved him before the incident occurred. Could you not read, or did you intentionally make it seem as if you didn't see the other reasons I listed for his fans to love him? People have different reasons for liking celebrities.
Rihanna recorded the song with him.
In no part of the song did he brag about beating her up. Get over it.

What people on their own trying make the man (Chris) have a profile, and say he broke a window at GMA out of blowing off some steam; instead of that incident with Rihanna being an isolated one that could've been worked out.

The problem is that he doesn't learn from his mistakes and shows little to no remorse. If he wasn't a celebrity, he would be considered a sociopath.

He might produce good music but I will never support a man that his a woman and vice versa. I was in a marriage for 7yrs and was abused on a weekly basis. I think it's really sad that so many people like this guy despite what he did and then to defend him like I've read in the comments is just ridiculous!

I know his human, I know he tries to be a better person now, but any fans of his that say Rihanna deserved it: Who do u think u r? How do u think u can judge her in a way that he never did? Why do u think u should say she deserved it, when he is really sorry about it and says he is disappointed on his behavior? Wake up, guys, seriously!

what i dont get is that everyone knows that the topic is very emotional for him & something that almost destroyed his career. why would those stupid news reporters even think to bring it up. of course hes gonna have a outburst about it because hes sick of hearing something that was that long ago. everyone knows he did wrong but you cant fault him for throwing an outburst at GMA for stupid reporters bringing up that situation again, knowing how it makes him feel. get passed it. @sophienichelle , his anger management programs aren't working for him, or he's not paying attention. I'm sure they didn't tell him to redirect his anger by destroying property instead of battering a person.

There was a time when I loved his music but he honestly has the maturity of a 12 yr old boy. His attitude is like "I can act however I want if people anger me". It only proves that he did exactly what he was accused of with Rihanna. If he wants to appeal to the mainstream, he better grow up and start acting with a little more class.

I get his anger, however, if it were me, I’d try to stay calm and expose the fact that he wasn’t meant to be interviewed about that. That’s more noble than noticeably destroying stuffs.

Geez these comments are harsh, a bit much if you ask me. Yes he should be in jail for what he did and yes he should pay for that window but since it's over and done GET OVER IT. But that doesn't mean that Chris is off the hook either he needs anger management therapy-no exceptions, his anger is a huge problem for his career and I don't wanna see anyone fall in anyway.
