They were at an award show and had a couple drinks therefore he said they were a little drunk before the car ride. When Chris stopped to get gas she had his phone and saw old messages between him and a girl when he pulled off and started driving that’s when Rihanna started attacking him. She spit on him , tried to turn the stirring wheel to crash the car, try to take the cars keys and tried to scratch up unreleased music. I’m not saying that any of this justifies him hitting her.
