services is not opening, it shows admistrator is not allowing to open due to protection
Worked for me, though I was terrified something went wrong when I restarted. Boot-looped a good five times before finally going to Windows. Can play my nearly 20 year old game now, haha.

bro my problem occured due to deleteing norton antivirus which came with my laptop , my subscription got over so i deleted it from control panel and then i did feature update and it was showing this error. but after i did this all methods also it still showing the same error , i shoudnt have deleted norton ;( , please help me bro i will dm u in discord or somewhere . please help me thank u
