There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart
Windows and run sfc again. this is what it says when i try to use the command SFC/ scannow (if i restart nothing happens

turns out im not the administrator of this laptop lol

Type command prompt in search bar.
either right click, or should appear to the right.
and select run as administrator. A prompt will ask for your permission
