Our brains are not meant to process so much information. It's overloading our thought processes, emotions, nervous system...everything. I am trying to read when I'm bored rather than go to my phone. I try not to go on social media on Sundays. Sometimes I forget, so I need to set a reminder. We all need less screen time and more time with people, experiences, and just enjoying the small things.
