Making Mini Dumper Using parts from a lawn tractor

  • Making a mini dumper will make the work much easier, driving is simple and not tiring, one lever manages driving forward, backward and the brake. The project will still be continued, I am going to expand the wheelbarrow with a hydraulic lifting of the box
    The hydrostatic transmission came from a lawn mower. Such a transmission makes construction much easier as it has a built-in brake and plenty of forward and reverse gears, the big advantage is that the brake operates automatically when the lever is released, which greatly improves safety. The engine is 17hp, also comes from a garden tractor. The engine power is sufficient, but a weaker engine can easily handle the transmission. The steering gear and steering column are from a car.

Разве что от нечего делать возить из угла в угол десяток кирпичей и то по идеально ровной дороге с твердым покрытием . Успехов камрад!

      Thank you 😁 Determining the dimensions depends on the parts, if you complete the parts, you adjust the dimensions to their dimensions, and then it is not that difficult :)

      @richardcline1337 3 года назад

      @@user-cy6gf2pj7y, that's because what Lowe's and Home Depot sells are nearly ALWAYS made in China, which means it's going to be cheap JUNK that won't last. If it were made in the US it would be so outrageously expensive due to greedy union labor demands that nobody could afford one. I use an old pull behind dump trailer for jobs like this would do but it's an older Sears brand back when they actually sold Made in USA products. The only thing I can think of that would make this complete would be to add some way to attach a mower deck to the bottom, then you've have the perfect all-in-one yard machine.

    The only improvement I would have done is instead of a manual dump bed add a 12 volt linear actuator so your dump bed is all controllable with no effort. The linear actuator is basically a hydraulic ram that runs on electricity and a worm gear drive so no need to set up all the extra hydraulics.
