    I completely forgot! Here's Zach's faceshell file making video for the head file, and watch it to learn how to make your own model too! ruclips.net/video/YZnWqHsxMwo/видео.html

      Thanks for making this video! I’m not sure if it was mentioned in the video, but what printer are you using? And is it capable of printing the faceshell in its entirety?

      @@kkelv I used my old ender 3, it’s capable of printing a shell for an up to 23 inch circumference but can’t print it in one piece if it’s any bigger

    But when you size it it changes the size of the magnets so what?

      It does but it’s not a big deal just gotta use different sizes or carve out the holes

    If I went to a store that does 3D printing, would I not need to follow this video guide from 7:50 and onwards since I don't have a 3D printer at home? Sorry I'm new at this.

      Nope if you have the file any independent printer like myself or shop should be able to take it from there, some of us will also just do the scaling for you with provided measurements

      @@Kirakreates Oh, okay thanks. So if I want them to print it for me, all I have to do is provide them with measurements (of my head I assume?) and give them the file? Also, I have a red detachable eye frame which is supposed to be attached once again by magnets I think. I assume I have to colour the eye frame and buy magnets for it? Lot of questions, ik my bad.

      Any updates on this? Did they print it for you in your size?

      @@jayyspider Oh yeah I forgot about this! This was nearly a year ago?? Whoa, ok so um... I think I ended up contacting a local printing store to get it done. We discussed the necessities online to get it sorted, gave him my head measurements, paid for it, and then I waited for it to arrive. I'm honestly suprised it went so smoothly considering I was basically winging the entire process with 0 experience 😅. It arrived after a week and fit my face perfectly! Now it sits on my shelf and stares at me every now and again lol

    what about the lens frames..? what about the magnets..? what about scaling the lens frames to match the face shell..?

    • @Kirakreates
      @Kirakreates  Год назад +2

      just use the scale of the shell for everything else

    • @K4R0M11
      @K4R0M11 Год назад +1

      for lens frames, do the scale of the shell for the lens like for example if the shell is 1.050, 1.050 and 1.050 for x, y, z then use 1.050, 1.050 and 1.050.

      @K4R0M11 Год назад +1

      for magnets they'll probs be fine since the lens with be same size so same contact

    how do i get the head model?

  • @mehrkilo
    @mehrkilo Год назад

    looks like you split the shell through the eyes to minimize the weld joint length...
