I had Covid in December 2021 and lost a few reps on my chest workout out. So now for the last month I’ve been hitting a few sets of burnout push-ups on back day. This last week my normal chest workout was right on point to what it used to be. I’m now a firm believer of that first line you said about stimulating. It works!
about the tip 10, totally agree with him, my body used to hit twice a week each body part, the first week i fell shit, but next week third week and on my body used to it, and now i hit twice a week, from work out to then next work im totally recovered. now im feeling better and getting bigger, way ahead from my mates that are doing once a week.

hey, I been workout 4 years and 2 weeks ago, and I been trying to get better at it but I don't see a difference. so I can give it a shot for doing chest and triceps Monday to Friday?
I've switched to 2-3 times a week and my bench press is going up like its never gone up before. The soreness definitely goes away the next day. One tip is to take Glutamine ever day but don't take it within hours of protein or it kills the effect. I also take Arginine, same principle without protein. Lookup Leroy Colbert on youtube you'll thank me later.

ermm.. i am no hater.. i just randomly saw your vid on my recommended list so i don't know much about your channel.. but i'll be honest.. heavy doesn't mean 15 reps.. matter of fact if you can do 15 reps.. you better increase the weight.. second.. you said you do light chest on friday.. and then you said just 4 workouts, not sets but workouts of chest?? on top of that you do biceps and back??? that will not help you build muscles bro.. sorry to say.. i have not seen/known you in person so can't really say much.. but if you are new to this.. this is pretty bad for your muscle growth.. no matter what you eat afterwards.. however if you have a crazy chest.. you must have a pretty good healing factor like wolverine.. but without seeing your results i can't really agree with your advice here..
+Siddharth Bhandari Yes I agree with you but I think he just gives an example of the quantity of reps... Not that 10-15 or 20-15 reps is a must but that you have to variate the amount of reps to let your body know that you are not training that hard today :D

Yeah his chest is friggin huge!!!! Not kidding either! His form is very weird too. He does a lot of floor pressing with dumbbells.
20 g of bcaa's isn't a ton considering most quality protein powders have a good amount within them
Aceboggy 3223 studys have shown that the amount of BCAA written on the powder isnt even close to how much is inside. Its sort of a scam.

i give my muscle 48hrs so i hit every body part 2 times a week
