    I love the way Terry talks. He seems like the teacher that sits down with the student and explains everything from the start to the end, with never ending patience. I would love to train with him, even though I'm nowhere, NOWHERE close to his level. And, for anyone that says "he didn't do this" or "he should do that", just make a video and show if you have 1/4 of this man's body. Big respect for Terry.

    It's not really skipping leg day, it's just genetics...Dwayne "the rock" Johnson has small calves too. It's usually only the short and stumpy people that have big calves.

    We are watching these videos because we need advice. Please ask your video editors to use fewer closeups, fewer graphics plastered all over the frame, and not so much cutting to other shots every 1.3 seconds. Give us a moment to actually watch what you're doing and how you're doing it, for crying out loud.

    His workout is all over the place. I prefer to focus on a specific area of the back until that muscle group is done, but to each his own. Can't argue with the results.

    I'm glad he did a cardio warm up. most body builders tend to miss this, but its important to get the heart rate elevated and everything loosened up.

      Dorian is the king, he tore both his biceps completely doing underhand 400lbs barbell rows so it's better to stay clear of underhand and stick to murderers rows (back not as leaned forward and overhand grip).

    I see a lot of people bashing his form. Terry is a performance based athlete. If he were you control the weight perfectly, he WOULD get bigger quicker, but also a lot SLOWER. That's why a lot of body builders aren't aren't great athletes. They constantly train their muscles to be slow and controlled, as opposed to quick and agile.

      I do that too...
      I always aim at 10 reps no matter the weight.
      Sometimes i do 10, sometimes i fail, but i do keep trying to reach 10 reps all the time.

    bro he just doesnt have big calves symmetrically to his upper body. doesnt mean he skips leg day. have u seen his legs in Iron magazine and other media. stop nit picking. Half of u guys probably have genetically gifted calves and dont do shit and tell people with no calves to work harder on them lol

      So fucking true, last training i didnt finished my superset because i couldnt find needed dumbbell for it... took me 2-3 minutes to find it and muscle was all cooled down already -_-

      +Phrosda1 Z Even Terry is missing the point, just like all of you are. You can't take a cold high performance engine up to it's max without warming it up first. In the long run you're fucking it up running it cold. Some of the newer supercars automatically limit the revs until the engine has reached a certain temp.

    These editors are awful. Specifically pay attention to the one handed bent over row section when Crews says don't up the weight, but a picture is added with "increase weight."

    21 sets with low reps sounds about right for naturals. Terry has a realistic attainable physique.
    Not to mention he's just showing the workout. You could easily make a split with these movements.

    I can't imagine his normal workout where he does back AND other muscles in same workout. The tip about the crunches on cooldown is great - I get lower back pain - been thinking its my mattress, but the fact I love working on my back at the gym but little crunches makes me think this could be the cause.

    The straps is for extra support if your going on heavier weights, so the weight wont relay all on your hands.
