Dorian is the king, he tore both his biceps completely doing underhand 400lbs barbell rows so it's better to stay clear of underhand and stick to murderers rows (back not as leaned forward and overhand grip).
The camera man must not workout because he does not know what people who work out look for. We want to see the form. One second camera angles make it kinda hard to see the whole movement performed...
I see a lot of people bashing his form. Terry is a performance based athlete. If he were you control the weight perfectly, he WOULD get bigger quicker, but also a lot SLOWER. That's why a lot of body builders aren't aren't great athletes. They constantly train their muscles to be slow and controlled, as opposed to quick and agile.
What's there not to understand? I do that too... I always aim at 10 reps no matter the weight. Sometimes i do 10, sometimes i fail, but i do keep trying to reach 10 reps all the time.

In the long run you're fucking it up running it cold. Some of the newer supercars automatically limit the revs until the engine has reached a certain temp.

21 sets with low reps sounds about right for naturals. Terry has a realistic attainable physique. Not to mention he's just showing the workout. You could easily make a split with these movements.
I can't imagine his normal workout where he does back AND other muscles in same workout. The tip about the crunches on cooldown is great - I get lower back pain - been thinking its my mattress, but the fact I love working on my back at the gym but little crunches makes me think this could be the cause.
