I agree with what Matty was saying, about fans paying extra money just to meet their idols. It’s wrong, and unfair. If it wasn’t for the fans a lot of celebrities wouldn’t be where they’re today.

I'd just like to hear what you have to say :) If you and Matty believe in the fact that the ticket cost is too much for fans, the 1975 could have made the choice not to perform at higher priced events like Coachella and opt to create lower priced / free concerts instead. Nothing is stopping them or any artist from doing that. Please understand this is not an attack on you or Matty, just a small critique that's all. Have a great day :)

The interviewer should limit as much as possible to talk about themselves and their opinions. Viewers are watching for the interviewee's point of view and interrupting their train of thought with irrelevant information just kills the flow. KROQ needs to get more interviewers that stay on topic

Love the interviewer. You can tell she is a fan fan Stan of matty and his work. It sort of bummed me out a little when she asked him if he's living in the moment with the most recent album and he said no, he's not. I mean I get that he's bored of it and all but it's sort of a heart break for us waiting to see him perform these songs he's bored of. I love each and every single song of this album and I want him, an artist, to love them when performing it. It truly is a a cohesive great body of work.
