This was a long day going through every detail, trying to help them fix their roof. But first, we showed them How to use Turbo Poly Seal to fix any leak on the metal and repair the stucco walls.
While on the roof, we also identified other issues on the Stucco wall.

I recently removed all of my shed's semi-rotted metal panels, grinded out all the rust and bad spots, hit the raw metal with some spray paint to keep temporary surface rust from forming, and refurbished each panel as best I could before re-mounting them with new roofing screws in a different configuration so the seams and overlaps ended up in different sections of the panels. All I have left to do now is patch and seal in the various pin-holes, screw holes, and larger holes with extra sheet metal and fleece, etc. Thanks!
Excelentes consejos, gracias
I enjoy watching your videos. I have a metal roof with a leak that no one seems to be able to repair!! Wish you lived here.....

They seem a bit confused and maybe a bit scared. It is a big job for an amateurs actually.
Let's hope they will do it at least 90% of the way you showed them.
yep, but a big saving if they pull it through
It's not rocket apliance
We have discovered that there is a lot of water under the edge of our metal roof. it is pooling and we need to install a membrane. Is there a way we can do this ourselves? We have been told that we should remove our entire metal roof and replace it with something else. However, we only have problems with the edge of the roof and nowhere else. I am hoping to find a way to do something that won't cost us a small fortune. Thank you for any suggestion you can provide.

Can I put Turbo Poloy Sealant over Henery's Acrylic sealant ? I see where you can't put it on other sealants?
Please am interested to know how to repair a flat roof tiled with céramique tiles please. HELP ME
Isn't peel and stick recommended to be covered right away just like ice and watter sheild
Always wear eye protection when using a grinder!!
You three corse everything
not sure what you meant?
If there was butal tape under the transition
Looks like they just need a new roof
I enjoy watching your flat roof stuff. This one is driving me nuts. Never, never ever use asphalt on metal roofing. Metal moves with heat and asphalt gets hard and brittle and will fail. There are many great products for this application but not asphalt based.
you got it. or caulking
@@FlatRoofDoctor don’t use caulking?
.......At timer 2:51 you say "paint it an oil base it would be better" NO it would the UV rays will bake the oils out of the paint in about 5 years and it will get brittle and hard the metal roofing material will expand and crack the paint, it will hold water in the cracks and more trouble will come.....use an Acrylic paint.................
Hi folks , Great fun and more great valuable info from the flat roof doctor, saves you lots of money.keep them coming 👍🪜🎥⛏🐿🐿
