a combination of fresh lemon

Lemon cake ingredients🍋🍋
3 eggs
140 grams of sugar
15 grams of lemon peel
130 ml of oil
35 ml of lemon juice
260 grams of flour
160 ml of milk
8 grams of vanilla
15 grams of baking powder
a little salt
70 grams of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

I stopped all I was doing as I was tasting the very first bite of your recipe just to write this comment for you. Darling, I baked many cakes, all sorts, all kinds but nothing came out quite like your cake which I sensed something about its batter as I was folding it all together. It had a thing to it. Smoothness like the softness of stiff cream which neatly set in the cups as I divided it amongst them and here I am witnessing the difference! 😧 The texture is jaw-dropping Marvelous.. fancy.. beyond description. It is all in YOUR ingredient measurements! Wow!! You beat world’s best patissiers.
By the way, I divided the recipe to one third for a small scale trial and used a scale to obtain exact weights. Thank You very much for sharing your magical recipe. A definite keeper.. no,no.. the ultimate basic recipe for any cake. YES! 😄👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

And my oven is small I dunno if that affects the cooking but I putted 20 min more and it cooked also Rise beatifully

Really disappointed. Very little lemon flavoring in the cake. So little that if I didn’t make the cake myself I’d never know it had lemon in it.
