what i did for my elf was make everything smaller and raise everything on his face all the way up. thsi made his head smaller. then used that as my base and worked my way out. gave him larger than average nose, lips, eyes, and brows and these larger features also help to make his head appear smaller in comparison. ended up with a very handsome elf!
can you make 1 when he looks more beasty , cause i'm genuinely waiting for a mod to fix those, i cannot watch a qunari in this game without thinking "cosplay"

i was not able even to start to play this game :D ... every time when i tryed to create a character (male) - i had feeling like when it's with lot of makeup... i had feeling like i am pushed into creating character like that... so i returned it back... just about 2 mins of play + 20 min of character creation :D
If I can give a suggestion, it would be a better video if the sliders were already made instead of messing with them in the video. It gets confusing a bit...
Thank you for the constructive feedback! I was trying to show there's a range of different ways to achieve the same thing and what looks better might change depending on the face - sorry that made it a bit more difficult to follow though!

Your Qunari looks good! I changed my male Qunari's face 6 times because I wasn't satisfied 😂

You made a human with horns... 😂 but the race you chose is not human...
This is only about fixing the head proportions/forehead (like the video title says lol) - my qunari character doesn't actually look like this :)
