Idly, dosa, etc are not original Hyderabad food culture. They are imports and adopted now. Hyderabad food culture is now influenced by cosmopolitan influx, especially Andhras. If you wish to cover authentic or original Hyderabad food culture, you should do some study / research first.
I said its famous, momo is not part of Delhi’s culture but it is extremely popular in Delhi. And I definitely want to try dishes that are popular in a particular region that I am travelling to. And also, my vlog was very raw, I hardly had one and a half day to explore food in Hyderabad, so my focus was to just enjoy the local food without focusing way too much on research.
