Ok, I left a comment under this video before, but now I want to tell you again how this woman's exercises really helped me. Many of us have a face asymmetry complex, and I was one of those Who thought that nothing would help him. This video is your salvation, and if you remember to do these exercises every day + follow some rules, you will see the result) 1. Try not to sleep on the "problem area, it is easy to calculate, look at yourself in inversion and compare your photo with one of the two pictures on video" 2. Chew on the "problem side", thereby you will pump up the muscles there. 3. The rule that I personally made, although it is not necessary, look at yourself ONLY on the rear camera more often,And not in inversion, you can first use the masks in tik tok to the songs, and then take the mask away, you will see how your face has changed, in general, it is because of this video, but you will be more pleasant Look at yourself when you get used to it, even to your asymmetrical face. Then you will see the changes even more accurately, good luck)

Also, I saw a comment that said to not sleep on your “ugly side” or just sleep on your back, and I’ve been doing that. And to eat on your “ugly side” and even chew gum on that side to exercise that part of your face

These are just facial exercises tbh. Facial muscles are usually ignored so these help with stimulating them. So really it’s like gym, you have to commit to them for better results. They might not completely get rid of the asymmetry but it won’t look as bad as when you first started. That enough should boost your confidence. Nowadays I just sleep on the opposite side of my face than I usually do and do some of these exercises when I wake up. Doing something about it is enough to boost your confidence knowing results will show eventually.

If you have asymmetrical face it can be changed and you will not worry about you’re eyes but if you still are then it cannot be changed because asymmetrical eye is cause by droopy eyelid and if it does not mess with your vision then you should be fine but you can try some exercise for your asymmetrical eyes and see if that’ll change or help ?

Soo... my face is kind of crooked. People often tell me that I seem to tilt my head to one side, even though I am looking straight at them. That effect is caused by uneven eyes, which are also different in size. Also one side of my face is bigger. My lips are non symmetrical, too. Because I have a slim face with high cheekbones, it is very noticeable. Now I am writing this, for others to identify themselves with my situation and hopefully feel more motivated to try and do something good for their health, by posting my results. I'm starting today. Sleeping constantly on one side causes that side of face to be droopy ..it then looks as though gravity pulling the facial features more down than the other side of the face and it starts showing visibly. Try always sleeping on your back.

OK . This exercise did not work for me. Maybe it will be useful for someone in the long term (more than 1 year). But I tried different ways and was able to improve thirty or forty percent during this time.
1. Chewing gum on the weak side of the face
2. Trying to chew on the weaker side ( my weaker side is my ugly side)
3. Sleeping on the back
4. Doing stretching exercises to fix posture
5. Attending a facial yoga class and practicing more on problem areas of the face

Sleeping constantly on one side causes that side of face to be droopy ..it then looks as though gravity pulling the facial features more down than the other side of the face and it starts showing visibly.
Try always sleeping on your back.
