I have to pump the clutch on my PBilt 389 to get the jake brake to engage. My companys shop is incompetent and Im losing money....cruise also disables when engine brake disables....pump clutch a few deep pushes and it comes back online....disables again when I use clutch pedal just not every time.PLEASE GIVE ME AN IDEA IF IM ON THE RIGHT TRACK WITH THE SWITCH.
Hi bro, hope all is well. Now before I changed out the clutch switch my problem was the cruise and engine would stop working the start back working when it wants. So I changed the switch and now the engine brake won't work at all. It won't even light up when I push the button. The cruise works perfectly though. Do you have any thoughts on my situation.
THANK YOU!!!! Great way to test for the problem. I just pulled the clutch towards me and tried to turn on cruise control and it worked. Now i know to change the spring when I get back home. Huge help!!!!
Probably you did not need to remove clutch hose from bottom in order to remove sensor. You made a bigger problem and need to bleed clutch's slave, master cylinder.
I put the new clutch switch in cruise light is coming on and jake Break light comes on but they still aren't engaging haven't moved the truck since I changed does that matter or should it automatically work

I have 2012 freightliner cascadia and engine blow out I swap the engine cascadia 2018 engine what is the difference between both engine
