Finally! Someone with shoulder blade length locs showing how to do a military bun! Thank you so much for this video. Ive been on the verge of cutting my locs because I couldn’t get it right. The hair net is genius for the run aways.

@@CandyC. I would not be opposed to an updated video. 😊 please tell me Is it true that your bun cannot be visible from the front? Also do you basically always keep a fresh retwist? Im used to giving my hair up to a 2 month break in between retwists to precent breakage. I wash in the meantime but just don’t retwist. Thanks!
@@diad80 I was thinking about doing an updated video because my hair is so long and its getting harder. so I don't retwist my hair often either. sometimes it is 2 months that go by so I do have the "bushy" look LOL. its life. I have seen worse. One thing that does work is a headband that helps with those edges. I use a black one....I posted it in one of my videos...shoot I cant remember which one.

Also, yes it is true that you can not see your bun from the front...if you do it is too wide. the reg states the width and all that.

I feel that way now. Lol my hair has grown a lot. Just gotta do what u can do. Itll get easier and better. My buns are always perfect after a fresh wash...

Out here in Jamaica bun isn't a requirement but your hair should be properly groomed not loose so it's blown all over and distracting others.

what’s the issue are they to thick or to long??
because i am in ROTC and my loca are always an issue
