- Morgan Night says he saw #AmberHeard yelling at #JohnnyDepp at the #Hicksville Trailer Palace. Heard testified that Depp trashed their trailer after the couple got into a loud fight. Night testified that the damage was very minimal and didn't even charge them a "piggy fee."

In cross-examination leading questions are allowed. In the direct examination, by camille, those questions are objected on the grounds on leading but can be asked during the cross. The point is to balance the story, cross-examination is also not allowed to ask questions about things that were not brought up in the direct examination I believe.

Anybody notice how AH smiles when he is expressing that the damage wasn’t that bad, as if to express she is getting away with something, or is proud of herself that he admitted it wasn’t that bad, when she testified it was Johnny that was the one causing the damage. Why would she smile like that unless she was the one who committed the damage. Such a nasty liar.

I have watched JD over the years with different partners on multiple occasions, at many events with AH he looks insecure almost scared like “I better watch what I say.” He was the star at those events but AH was very dominant in her body language, she was ahead of him ( like Meghan markle +prince H ) If a woman is abused she certainly doesn’t take front stage like that ,the way she posed for the camera . If she was concealing bruised like she said ,she would have never posed the way she did . She would have acted more timid , he’s the one acting like that. One more thing that I observed is that he always look at her before he answer , She’s the abuser 💯!!

I am trying to figure out exactly what trailer Depp stayed in. Night said it was a 1950's trailer. I assume that it was the small Airsteam. Makes sense with the matching scones. But I could be wrong. If you have ever been in one of the older Airstreams the ceilings are low. I don't know, but Amber's explanation giving the size of the thing is doubtful.
They are Stars.. How many.. if any ..other Witnesses do you expect around them ??It s not like..everybody can come and be around them. Everybody would have liked to 'witnessed' that Campfire and hanging out with them.

This Elaine character methods of cross examination are disgusting clearly moulded from the same cloth as AH. There are more intelligent ways for people with integrity. It’s for witnesses subject to recall. It doesn’t apply to rebuttal witnesses because they are often “surprise” witnesses not subject to disclosure to the opposing side.

Sometimes, I swear this Judge says she's unbiased, but proves herself to be otherwise. I've heard everything Johnny supposedly objected to, calling it hearsay. Well, it seems like it is. The only testimony I find interesting is an officer's. However, until we hear: "Mr. Depp hit Ms. Heard in front of me," with the following of a report and a medical record, I'd have HIGH DOUBTS. Why put out more speculation? We all know the judge will allow it though, because for the most part, she's rejected most of Johnny's objections and gave way to Amber's. (And, dude said Elaine got her revenge? By what? Leading her witness during Camille's cross of the litigant, while the judge allowed it?)
"We have new evidence to support our claims." Why haven't we seen it, or heard anything about it? Is it a new witness? Is it a medical record? Why is it that Amber's team can read "Cheat notes," right in front of the judge? Why does the judge allowed playground antics by Amber Heard's legal team?
