I love this man! Where was he 25 years ago, lol! Weighing the amounts of icing, and using templates, makes it so much easier when following the making of the model! Добрый день, Люба подскажите пожалуйста, когда Serdar Yener делал седение и Санту, что за массу он использовал, и что за порошок 3 гр. он вмешивал в неё ? Если это мастика, то почему такая жидкая ? К сожалению я не знаю английский, поэтому не поняла что он в этот момент объяснял, если Вам не сложно не могли бы Вы мне это написать ! Спасибо !

Thank you so much.This is just wonderful. I think I'll make a 2 dimensional version around the side of a cake. I will lay them over a curved surface to dry.
Don't lay them over a curved surface . straight will be better . stick the pieces from the center, slightly lifted end bit will have dimensions.

This looks great. There is one thing you forgot to add though, the bag of presents in the back of the sleigh. I think those presents would make it look even better. It still looks great though, and this was a great video 👍

Hi Mr Yener, I have never used Tylose powder being a slow beginner, 30 + years or so but I was just wondering if you can taste the powder in the food and if it changes the flavor as well as texture. I have so many questions for you, I wish I could just sit down and watch you work and then start joining in to assist you in whatever means necessary, washing dishes or measuring out the ingredients or getting you a cup of coffee. Anything would be a real pleasure Thank you Again for all your time and hard work that you put in for total strangers. After reading many of your messages, I can see that I am not alone when I say how appreciative we are to have a True Friend like You to give such wonderful instruction. I do have a silly question though... does the heat of your hands soften the royal icing paste? I have trouble with fondant going tacky with my hot hands.
No that is not going to happened with tylose paste. if so add more icing sugar

Using one medium (royal icing for this project has answered my question about molding and decorating with RI which he demonstrates RI benifits over fondant, &gum paste. Even using royal icing as a glue saves time. I had a batch of RI that was too stiff, now making This paste has allowed me get more use of RI. This video exceeds flooding cookies with RI. But, are Gingerbread cookies drizzled with RI still classic.😋
