Sugar flowers have always been one of the most common decorations used in cake decorating so as a cake decorator, we need to learn how to make sugar roses.
In this tutorial, I show you my way of making quick and easy, realistic fondant roses. Once you get the hang of it, you can use this method to make a single fondant rose in just a few minutes! The sugar rose techniques in this tutorial can also be used with gum paste or modelling chocolate.

No styrofoam, no wire, no cutter or veining and looks amazing. This is exactly what I have been looking for. Thank you for sharing. And the information about cutting at an angle for optimal placement is also excellent. You are the best!

wow, this video in particular blew me away...I've watched so many RUclips videos of how to make fondant roses and they all require so many tools and cutter. But, your method is by far the best and the easiest. Thank you so much for sharing your 40 years secrets with us.

    I'm a BIG FAN!
Yener is the best instructor, ever! I learn so much from viewing his tutorials.
I never really liked those HARD sugar rose decorations found in grocery stores. They have a tendency to melt on buttercream frosted cakes...leaving behind horrid colors of dye on the beautiful cake frosting.
Additionally, the "taste" of them are not so great! Tasteless colored SUGAR (no flavor at all). 😞
Now, Because of Yener...I know how to make beautiful "tasty" ROSES!!!
Thank you so much Yener (Yeners Cake Tips) for sharing your talent, skills, wonderful tips & advice with us!😀
I have LIKED and SUBSCRIBED to your Channel, I'm looking forward to seeing MORE of your tutorials.
I appreciate the time that you take out of your busy day to show us how to properly make exquisite presentations on our cakes!

So beautiful, while quick and unfussy! What I particularly appreciate is the accessibility - tools we all have rather than Wilton this, PME that and SEL the other. It means we can try this without a lot of up front expense and hassle. I'm going to try these for my Easter cake this weekend! Thanks!!
