    Dear Beth,
I wish to thank you for your generosity, and wise instructions given with patience and affection.
I was diagnosed with cervical spine destabilization, which has caused me tinnitus and deafness. After a thousand attempts nothing worked.
Following your generous advice, I felt, for the first time since the first day, a favorable reaction. I am infinitely grateful for your kindness and dedication.
May God fill you with plenty of blessings🙏

Thank you, Miss Beth. I just found your channel and use it as self help to mitigate any prospective problems as i have been diagnosed having mild spondylosis in the C4-6 region but am good at this moment. Can you do a video for tinnitus relief? I am having buzzling sound in one ear and i believe it has got to do with my cervical spondylosis.

Lill, thank you for the suggestion and I will consider creating a video specifically for tinnitus. Typically, when tinnitus is the direct result of another condition, the most effective treatment is to address the underlying condition. These exercises are helpful for spondylosis and you might also see a physical therapist for in-person evaluation to explore the connection to tinnitus and see if there is another cause that might require different treatment. Thank you for subscribing to my channel!!

I have found that taking a cough suppressant (dextromethorphen) for my allergy coughing gives me a buzzing sound in my head. I’d rather hear buzzing than have uncontrollable coughing. It’s the only thing that stops my coughing. Also, taking aspirin can cause buzzing in my head, but I don’t take that anymore.

Hi I had my neck MRI which shows posterior disc bulge from C4 to C7. I am having longstanding dizziness and neck stiffness along my nuchal area extending to my trapezius. My doctor says dizziness is probably not from the neck. I believe it is because when it is so stiff, it exacerbates my dizziness. Hoping for your response. Thanks :)

Eric, I can't offer an opinion without having done my own evaluation of you. I suggest seeing a physiotherapist (or physical therapist) for an individualized evaluation. If your dizziness is coming from the neck, PT may be able to help.

The exercise 4:15 minutes in, can it be done with the palm of the hand instead of the fingers?

At what point should prolotherapy be considered? I have been doing physical therapy for several weeks now and I feel like my neck always gets stiff and contracts at the back of the neck. I’m not able to shake my CCI symptoms and my MRI didn’t show any issues so I’m very confused and what is your opinion on it?. Also some doctors are against prolotherapy as it isn’t fda approved and some patients have complained adverse effects. I myself have no idea who to consult with on this issue as I’m running into the issue of every single different doctor telling me different things!

@amoghtenneti1343, that is a great question and the answer is highly individual. I can't make a recommendation one way or the other because research and anecdotal response are very mixed. It's a challenge because every doctor may have different experiences with their patients' responses to the treatment. And research does not provide a clear recommendation.
