    That's a great tip with the undiluted soap on the ridges. I'll try that out on my next hood. You've got to love the audio issues. LOL I hate it when I loose the audio on one of my recordings. You get to watch your video an extra time while you record the voiceover.

    Just a heads up next time, the black trim comes off super easy with about 8 plastic screws. Won't have to work about dirt and you'll get full coverage
