Of all the tutorials, this Mayer guy is about the best for explaining things. One thing for sure OMB there customer service is second to none, they'll even call you if your stuck, that way they are really on the ball compared to most . the main reason i bought this is to go on stage all sets programmed hit a button and go no piffling around pushing buttons that looks very unprofessional. With that said, wish dome one comes out with a very good tutorial to explain it properly . In the mean time i have a long ways to go learning this program and lots of time the chords i play don't show properly on the app.
Hi there, This is Ben from OMB tech support You need to connect 2 separate channels 1 from the guitar to the amp 2 from the iPad headphone jack to an amp. If your amp has 2 channels- that is best, this way you will be able to control level and possibly mix of each channel. If not you could use a splitter to connect both in to one channel ( possible but less recommended) Best Ben
@@patk0317 To connect the app to the amp, You need to use a 3.5 mm parks cable coming out of the phone’s/ iPad Headphone jack directly to the amp. That will Amplify the digital sound, if you want to connect the guitar you connect it regularly through the quarter inch jack
Do I need the pedal or can i just get the guitar first? Do I need to purchase any cables? I imagine the pedal is so you dont have to keep touching the ipad.
Hilarious.. OMB was my second choice for my one man band. Kudos if you guys got it right.. I have been waiting for a performance tool for a long time so I don't have to pay unreliable musicians. Silvermane Wesley John

Awesome tool. Thank you for the learning. Hoping it will also work with semi acoustic guitars.
It does!
can I use another pedal with midi like a Helix with programmed buttons and a BT midi adapter
Can I get the app for my PC or must I use a phone or an IPOD?
Do you have a video of a set up on a Les Paul?
They need to update the app for the new iOS because my on iPhone and the iPad they have too much delay
And yes... as someone else asked, how does it work when if we don't have a headphone output on our smartphone?
Can this work for android
Still haven't figured out how to get this to run through my amp. I was hoping this tutorial would show how to get that going.

The beat is lagging when you are singing the Doors song...."Break On Through" why is that?
The singer has timing issues...
