I remember the summer of '88 very well. It was a drought summer here in Cleveland starting at the very end of May. My mom didn't have a/c in our house which really sucked, lol. I would spend a bunch of time out riding my bicycle or going to friends' homes who had a/c. It didn't cool down until Labor Day weekend. Despite the heat that summer was a great one for me.
