DONT THROW AWAY YOUR ELITE FROM BUMPER ISSUES!! I had that problem last night and simply taking apart your controllers face with a knife and dabbing 97% isopropyl alcohol on the bumpers buttons will fix it. Just dab it on a few times with a cutip and press the bumpers. after about 3 minutes it should be dry and its fixed. Saved me buying a new controller. And you can clean it while your fixing that so basically a brand new controller.
It's weird cuz this is my second elite controller and I haven't had stick drift in either paddle. Dead zones are 0, had controller for almost a year of heavy use. I've heard stick drift a lot with controllers I think its just luck of the draw at this point. I want to try to new turtle beach controller but it's prob ass cheeks until they get into the controller game a few years.
Love your vids mate, i use this controller and do you play wired or wireless? People say wireless is obviously faster which is the way it should be, but i keep seeing comments saying xbox made wireless connection faster than wired and there's been tests proving it. Either way there isn't a noticeable difference that would help your game anyway right? If you tested both lmk if you felt any different, u seem insightful. I'll probably just stay plugged in, even though wireless might be the same lol wireless is certainly more comfortable though
Definitely stay wired as yes wireless can be faster sometimes but it isn't a consistent input connection at all for example lets say one input could take 0.2ms and another 0.9ms soon after where as having it wired you will get consistent 0.5/0.6ms input response times! So hope this helps my dude but definitely go with wired if you can it is much more consistent than using wireless and has a faster response time 9/10!
Just got my son one for his bday (I plan to swipe it for COD now and again 😊). Do you get used to it though as it just feels really clunky and awkward to use...?
I hope your son enjoys it as much as I do! Yeah it will take some getting used to but the more you use it the more it will feel natural to use. Took me about 2 days when I first owned the controller for it to feel natural to use as the controller does have a bit more weight to it and of course getting used to using a paddle takes a bit of time as well if you plan on using them of course
@@TazXGold one thing that really boils my piddle about it though...you can't map paddles to non face inputs. ie map P1 to A and it literally mirrors input A. It would be great if you could map paddles independently to in-game inputs.
I am here because I just purchased the elite series 2 for $150. Looking through your video, Because I know the controllers has an additional software or just settings that can be adjusted, I bought this new one because I had a power, a fusion Pro three controller, and I recently updated its firmware and it completely ruined the controller. It has some hyper responsive analog thing going on built-in dead zone just felt really inaccurate filed my warranty for replacement. In the meantime, I bought the elite two I’ll let you know how it goes and my experience in my honest review, so thank you so much for your video. Hopefully, it helps me out and I’m just one minute in the video out of 28 minutes. Thank you for the content
update: I’m not sure if I bought a defective controller but out the box came with stick drift on the right stick and the white button felt a little sticky didn’t register supposed to. So far the back buttons are a little bit too tight. My hands are cramped up since I shoot with the top buttons and not the triggers for the triggers to have mouse click triggers so I guess you can go back-and-forth but reading the controller from one to 1010 being the best I rate it a 3
another update after doing some research on the controller I came across a video by “How to X” “ How to Configure an Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller (Radial Axis Etc) this video explains so much and i changed it to axis independent. I instantly felt the same as before, that’s because the game has aim acceleration… watch the video for more in depth information. ask me any questions if you are confused
Bought same controller today, it feels for me sometimes that right stick just losses control and adds some sesnitivity to it...looks like mouse acceleration that I had problems before on mouse and keyboard, could it be that my controller is broken?
Are you using true diagonals, radial or axis independent and are any of the other settings on such as instant etc? Also what tension do you have the sticks set to the least amount,middle or maximum tension?

I do use 1 paddle as i don't find it comfortable using more than 1 paddle all about preference here and being comfortable with the controller. If you can use 4 with no problem at all you should but if it is better with only 1 then use 1
I'd say put the left trigger on the middle hare setting. It provides a sense of control over the aim long, Short and mid but still snappy. I run 4 paddles a slide, aim, fire, melee with a shift to tac aim. I run an 18 18 for sensitivity or a 20 20 for 120 FOV. I have custom advanced sens for each optic level. I've been using linear I'll try dynamic though! I use auto tac. slide only is essential it makes it feel like 2019.
@@mufspronot good in regards to what? Lol. Because someone with 120 FOV is definitely going to have an easier time with being able to see more in an FPS game than how console players were locked to 60FOV for Warzone 1.
How would adjusting how sensitive the trigger is to making your gun give you more control over your aim? You simply just stop pressing it to stop shooting.
Thank you for the video… but îm kinda mad at this game… i am a pc player & i just tried yesterday this game with a controller… i understand now why even some pros do not use K&M anymore ! And with this very good controller and your video settings… it becomes even worse 😂 but no choise i guess when it comes to ¨ try harding ¨ let’s just play with K&M for fun anymore… Thx 🙏
No problem my dude! and I understand completely I have only ever used a controller but aim assist is completely busted and overpowered compared to mouse and keyboard it is insane you have to be a very good mouse and keyboard player now to beat the average controller player 😬
Wow ive had this controller for so long and i couldnt stand it and went back to the gen one élite controller, now the gen 2 feels so good with the toggle adjustment

For me something is really messed up because my controller stick sensitivity is set to 20 and it still feels slow.. I dont know what is the problem anybody has a solution?
Yes the stick tension is one of the best parts about the controller as compared to most other controllers if not all as I haven't seen it done with other controllers you can change it to suit you from being loose or stiff and I have them at their maximum tension to be able to aim better!

If two tall kontrol freeks is what you feel comfortable with then that's great everyone has different hand sizes and needs of course and being comfortable on the sticks will be more beneficial to you than just copying every setting 😁. I have a 3 year warranty that I renew so I would rather just get a new one for free than take it apart and not be able to return it
I used 3 elite controllers. And all 3 had alot of stick drift ++. I just want it to be good for me lol😅 so good looking controller

I like precision, aiming ! Dont sleep on it if your accurate and or snipe its world changing when you get the hang of it 😊

I use slide cancel on my paddles and use stick n move where you jump w the stick a lot easier since bunny hopping is OP in this game

possibly the tension of the stick? there is a little tool that came with the controller that lets u tighten or loosen it
