    People complain sometimes about how much a seemingly small job like that costs but, they don't realize the logistics of what it takes to get all the materials to the job site. Actually doing the job is just a small part. Looks good. Stay safe my friend.

    • @charleslloyd4253
      @charleslloyd4253 4 месяца назад

      @@A-ei7vm Galvanized pipe will still corrode. Single wide plastic pipe is fairly weak and should not be used under roads and driveways. Double wide pipe is strong and can be used under heavy traffic and heavy equipment and last much longer than any other. But double walled cost much more than any other. And cost is the main difference in types.

    That’ll work!! It’s spring,,,, it’s warm/cold/wet/dry and looks like your area is not entirely unlike where I live,,,,,, WINDY!!
    When you have to dig the crawl space, if it turns out there’s 7 ft of good dirt (for example) and the next 2 ft are good digging as well,,,,, a basement is only a couple of grand or so more $$ and they double the floor space of a bungalow, or gain 33% if it’s a 2 story and they can move the mechanicals downstairs completely!! I have a buddy in retirement that said he would tell so many of his clients that wanted a building on grade only. He had, in his case, the argument that the footings go downtown just over 8 feet no matter what for the frost line on residential footings. He is already there except for removing the bulk in the middle,,,, that he has to remove a couple of feet regardless to create a base for the concrete slab the for the floor of the house. He said maybe 80% of those people went with basements,,, even if the never finished them as it was a huge storage area and they could the use their garages!!! Haha.
    Just a thought anyways. Put the 2150 to work for sure then!! Haha
    I laughed so hard as you were stripping the grass and grading the bank for the culvert in “high speed” and then, as if you were getting p*ssed off, you beat the living crap out of the poor bush that was in the way!! 😂😂😂 It was quite cartoonish/slapstick!! My level of mentality!! For sure,,,,,. Heh heh.
    Looks like a bit of a drive, but some worthwhile jobs to do out here!! Sweet!

    • @eliteearthworksllc
      @eliteearthworksllc  2 года назад +1

      Yeah that’s what I asked him. The crawl space is about 3.5’ when we finally hit good clay but with the fall on the land they are going to have to build the yard up a lot. 🤣🤣 it did look like I was beating the piss out of that tree. Appreciate you watching as always

    Hi Brandon
    Thanks for the answers in that video repairing the broken sewer line.
    Always learning.Fortunately we don't have that problem here in Portugal and here building with wood it's more expensive than bricks or even concrete!
    Don't know if you remember some while ago I talked about the tilt rotator and that would be good but probably too expensive!?
    I've seen now a video about a tilt attachment and I was thinking, looking at this video, that would great for this job.
    It would serve for buckets and the other attachments you have already.
    Once again don't know prices but certainly cheaper than the tilt rotator!
    Nice result in this job as always!
    Cheers from Portugal

    Brandon, scraping that ditch while sitting sideways in the slope was like riding a teeter totter. Did you have to use hand controls to keep from being pitched through the windshield?
    What highway was that? Most of the state highways have a paved shoulder.
    We got another 1 1/2” of rain this weekend… I hope you already had the construction drive put in. Let’s hope we get a little sunshine this week.
    You polished that apple like a schoolboy striving to be teachers pet! That’s a great start to the classes yet to come.

      @@eliteearthworksllc Newton County… that figures. Just drive down Newton road, east of highway 59. Every road on the Jasper County side (north) is paved with good drainage and road signs.
      The roads on the Newton County side are all dirt. They have no gravel. They are graded once a year. Because they plug the ditches every time they grade the roads… the roads are the ditches.
      But, when you get closer to the county seat in Neosho (where the road commissioners all live…) the roads are a lot better!

If someone was to get hurt they would go after who modified the culvert .I suggest putting edge covers on $25 for 25 ft with metal grippers inside( Amazon).
